We lovingly pick, pack and ship 5 days each week, Monday through Friday and will share tracking information with you as soon as your order is on its way. We use ground service across UPS, USPS and FedEx. If you have any specific queries on this, please contact us.

True Dates should be kept air tight and can be stored in your pantry. They do not need to be refrigerated.
